Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Beebo ("the app"), made by Giray Batıtürk ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Beebo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Beebo helps you remember to stay in touch with people who matter. It reads contacts you choose on your device and schedules local reminders. Beebo stores your data on your device and, if you turn sync on, in your own private iCloud, and it does not require an account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Beebo for your own personal use, subject to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the app.

Beebo is free to use with as many people as you like, including reminders, birthdays and a monthly allowance of AI message drafts. Beebo Pro unlocks unlimited AI drafts, fully custom rhythms and CSV export. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store account settings, under Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Restoring purchases. If you reinstall Beebo or set up a new device, use Restore Purchases to reactivate Pro on the same Apple account.
• Free trials or offers. If any free or introductory period is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and are made through Apple, not through us.
• The old one-time purchase. A one-time lifetime purchase of Pro was removed from sale on August 18, 2026. It is no longer offered and it never renews. If you bought it before that date, your Pro stays active and comes back with Restore Purchases on the same Apple account.

Use Beebo lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, and do not use it to harass or harm others.

You are responsible for the contacts and notes you add to Beebo. Because this data is stored on your device, keeping a device backup is your responsibility. Uninstalling the app removes its local data; if you turned iCloud sync on, the copy in your own iCloud stays until you remove it from Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Beebo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Reminders depend on your device settings and notification permissions, and we do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Beebo, including any missed reminder or lost local data.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you.
